Each project will blend lifestyle options, connectivity to city services, and have an enduring quality that families and individuals will enjoy as a long-term living solution to their housing needs.

AVID partnered with us to improve their website and enhance how users can explore their communities and ultimately experience a more positive interaction with their company throughout their buyer’s journey. The goal was to simplify access to information while increasing opportunities for users to engage and inquire about AVID.

Business Challenges

AVID has several homes and communities to offer; however, more improvement is needed regarding how to access that data. Consumers also need an easier way to consume that data, better organization, an easier path to follow, and a more creative way of telling their story through the data.

    • Estate Information Overload: The website provided vast information regarding the community and projects through various sections, making it too much for visitors to browse through. There was a challenge in prioritizing information due to its voluminous nature.
    • Limited Buyer Journey: Potential buyers had no flow through the entire process of the website journey. This made it seem like there was a lack of continuity in going from exploring the community to submitting an inquiry.
    • Fragmented Location Insights: The location information about the communities was randomly distributed throughout the page, without any systematic organization. This made it difficult for users to understand the benefits of the amenities and connectivity at various locations.
    • Unclear Project Comparison: The problem of measuring changes or differences in the development and availability of lifestyle options was not an easy one for any researcher to solve. This created problems for researchers and prolonged evaluation time.
    • Mobile Search Friction: It took too much time and effort to navigate through the pages when viewing community and project data through mobile phones. The inconsistent layout design and high information density posed browsing problems on mobile devices.

In order to improve AVID’s experience, we restructured their content, community exploration experience, and buyer journey. We ensured that our changes would improve the engagement, organization, and conversions on AVID’s website.

    • Structured Content Experience: Information organization within the community and estate was made easier through the hierarchical organization of content. It made things easier to navigate for the user when investigating the advancements.
    • Enhanced Buyer Journey: We have redesigned the inquiry paths and buyer journey to facilitate better progression from discovery to action. It helped improve engagement and increase inquiry actions by more than 18%.
    • Unified Location Insights: The details regarding location information, amenities, and lifestyle were grouped. This gave visitors more clarity on how they could benefit from each community experience.
    • Project Comparison Experience: These included improved presentation of projects and comparative layouts, aiding the user in evaluating progress. This made it easier for them to explore and made it possible to make decisions in different communities.
    • Optimized Mobile Browsing: The usability on mobile devices was further improved through optimization of the layout spaces and navigation. This ensured an increase in the level of user interactions.
