White Tiger Qigong
White Tiger Qigong is an international Site providing science-based Qigong education that improves mobility, emotional stability, and long-term physical health. They offer training to students worldwide through online courses with certifications, retreats, and traditional Taoist practices.
They wanted us to enhance the online learning process, convert more visitors into lifelong practitioners, simplify access to content types such as blogs and podcasts, and reinforce information for first-time Qigong learners.
Business Challenges
White Tiger Qigong had difficulty showing beginners the right direction, establishing the value of the programs, aligning the content with the learning journey, motivating the community to participate, and enhancing the visibility of their programs and retreats to broaden participation worldwide.
- Confusing Start Point: Beginners found it challenging to select the right training program because of the numerous types and levels of programs. The uncertainty led to reluctance to enroll in courses and a lack of confidence in maintaining wellness practices.
 - Low Course Trust: Despite the proven benefits of wellness conveyed in the training, valuable communication was restricted. The users were not able to realize the results of transformations fully, so they were hesitant to invest in premium programs and certifications.
 - Scattered Content Use: The blogs, videos, and podcasts were informative; however, the absence of navigation meant that the user could enjoy them at their convenience and not learn further, exposing themselves to paid courses and well-planned programs.
 - Weak Community Bond: Students had no interaction room, practice alerts, and no self-progress motivation. Lack of social support and feedback made many users unable to keep wellness habits regularly, and they eventually got off the platform.
 - Limited Event Visibility: Workshops and retreats were not easily accessible due to limited filtering and categorization. There were frequent cases when learners failed to access timely opportunities according to their interests, level of skills, and place.
 
                                    Solutions
We have remodelled the platform to provide customized, connected, and inspiring wellness experiences. The aim was to ease the newcomers, create a high level of confidence in the programs, and make the content formats more usable.
- Guided Skill Path: We also introduced customized suggestions and beginner-friendly onboarding features to ensure users are comfortable with selecting the appropriate courses and that more people join formal wellness journeys from the start.
 - Confidence-Focused Design: We enhanced the course display by adding instructor information, practical perks, a clear sequence, and actual improvements in learners, which connected well and boosted purchases of paid wellness courses.
 - Unified Content Learning: Blogs and podcasts were brought to course pathways, and content became part of directed learning. This motivated users to advance in the same direction of free resources to advanced, systematic practice.
 - Motivated Wellness Community: Like accountability, we included functionality like tracking routines, group assignments, and recognition badges. This added to the feeling of belonging and pushed for the continuation of practice.
 - Smart Event Discovery: Our sorting and filtering of workshops and retreats is user-friendly to the extent that users can easily search and book activities that meet their training requirements and individual growth objectives.
