Known for its individual experiences and ecological approaches, the brand required a website that corresponded to its high-end offer, simplifying day-wise booking, real-time availability, and spontaneous global engagement.

Business Challenges

Despite offering a world-class experience on the ground, Sujan Life faced significant digital challenges that limited their online capacity:

    • Day-wise booking complexity: Various camps have seasonal pricing, blackout dates, and different availability, making a reliable day-wise booking system a significant challenge. The system also needed to support several night bookings with custom add-ons and seasonal offers, which could not be handled efficiently by traditional booking plugins.
    • Currency Localization for Global Users: Sujan Life attracts customers from India, the USA, the UK, and Europe. Without a dynamic currency system, international visitors were only looking at prices in INR, which hinders clarity, and the booking reduces confidence. A scalable multi-currency solution for INR, USD, GBP, and EUR was essential for a smooth global user experience.
    • Real-Time Event & Seasonal Updates: Each camp hosts bespoke seasonal events, wildlife experiences, and limited-time proposals. The internal team required the ability to immediately update availability, announce an exclusive package, and manage limited slots without relying on developers for every update.
    • Social Media Integration: As a visual brand, The Sujan Life Instagram relies heavily on the stories curated for its Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and aspirations. The website lacked dynamic integration with these platforms, which is missing from user engagement and rich material storytelling.
    • User experience: The original design lacked the expected premium from the high travel brand. Users found navigation misleading, especially on mobile, and the booking process felt like transactions rather than an experience.

To solve these challenges, we prepared a web app solution that mixes luxury branding with high-performance back-end infrastructure.

    • Day-Wise Booking System: We built a custom booking engine to suit the operation of Sujan Life. We integrated the calendar with real-time availability, variable pricing based on weather, date, and room types. This also added services during checkout (food, safari, private transfer). A complex seasonal booking system managed the payment gateway and confirmation system.
    • Multi-Currency Integration: We applied an open exchange rate API that automatically displays prices based on the user’s location and allows manual currency selection. All currencies (INR, USD, GBP, EUR) are updated twice a day to reflect accurate exchange rates, ensuring transparency and trust for global guests.
    • Package Management Module: Our website development team enables a CMS solution for The Sujan Team to create, edit, and publish packages instantly. With easy CMS, the client can also set limits, countdown timers for expiring offers, and push announcements via email to empower the internal team to manage seasonal offerings.
    • Advanced Social Media Integration: We connected TheSujanLife.com with: Instagram Graph API to Auto-sync reels and posts tagged #SujanLife, YouTube API with curated playlists embedded within camp pages, Facebook SDK with Integrated stories and audience targeting pixels. This created a rich, immersive experience that reflects the brand’s lifestyle and encourages longer sessions on the site.
    • Luxury-Oriented UX & Mobile Optimization: We designed a bespoke visual identity reflecting luxury, nature, and serenity. This provides immersive full-screen visuals and cinematic transitions. We also included sticky booking CTAs with intuitive mobile calendars and Personalized recommendations based on browsing behavior.
