SOCO Selling is a major provider of sales training and e-learning solutions, offering extensive programs to help businesses promote their sales capabilities. As the platform grows rapidly, the existing website begins to struggle to meet the growing demands of its users, training providers, and administrators.
The goal of the SOCO selling was to design and develop a modern, better, and scalable website that can handle complex training listings, provide real-time data updates, improve navigation, and support future expansion.
Business Challenges
SOCO Selling faced many obstacles in creating a smooth online experience for its users. From old systems to poor data displays, these issues slowed development and user engagement.
- Unorganized Listings: The previous website did not have an organized system of listing courses and training programmes. They could find it challenging to navigate through various offerings, which in most cases excluded them from the relevant courses because of poor categorization and filters.
- No Live Data: The homepage did not show real-time information, such as data, motivated participants, and time-bound offers for e-learning students. Not having regular updates made the website look less reliable, reduced user interaction, and did not build a sense of trust or importance for visitors.
- Unclear Program Structure: With several coaching programs targeting mixed skill levels, industries, and training types, the lack of a suitable category created confusion. Website visitors struggled to find an appropriate option, resulting in high bounce rates and missing enrollment opportunities.
- Content Update Issues: The admin team did not find content management an easy task. Such a small change, like scheduling and adding a new course, is needed; the support of developers is necessary. The content slowed down the process of content publication and affected time-sensitive training updates in a poor way.
- Feature Limitations: The previous design of the website excluded adding new functionalities, such as multilingual support, CRM integration, and advanced analytics. This limit stopped the long-term development of SOCO sales and the ability to adapt to future digital needs.
