
Minds Foundation
The Minds Foundation is committed to transforming the delivery of mental health care to underserved populations by raising awareness, offering education, and providing access to care. The organization requires a robust website that facilitates storytelling, donations, and content management to support its mission effectively. The methodology that we developed was aimed at addressing several critical issues and aligning the online experience with the humanitarian values of the foundation.
It was necessary to turn the site into more than an informational one, but also into a storyteller, a fundraising machine, and a collaboration venue. At a technical and design level, we aimed to ensure a good experience online, easy to navigate, that motivates individuals, partners, and donors to act, in turn supporting an advocacy agenda and offering accessible resources to the world.
Business Challenges
The challenges of developing the site to a great level, whereby the Minds Foundation had limited interactions, fundraising, and efficiency of actions. These issues affected the storytelling, donation procedure, content updates, blog activity, and e-shop success.
- Ineffective Storytelling: The site did not emotionally support users; only a few powerful stories and images were present. This diminished the audience-mission intersection, lowering awareness, engagement, and action in support of mental health issues.
- Donation Payment System: The donation process was slow and used limited payment channels, and it introduced a bad user experience. This pushed away the potential donors and cut short the number of successful donations towards the cause of the foundation.
- Content Management: Its old-style backend systems lagged behind the changes and necessitated technical support. The inability to post resources and campaign information, and to announce events, limited the possibility of involving the audience in real time via the website in a meaningful way.
- Blog Submission System: The site did not have a special page to submit the blog, so only advocates and professionals were able to contribute, and there was not much variety in the content; therefore, there were fewer chances to reach out and engage the audience in education.
- Shop Content: Poor descriptions and disorganized product listings diminished the performance of the stores. Products lacked mission-oriented stories, which made the shop unable to establish the connection between the purchases and the impact of the foundation.

Solutions
We provided custom-made solutions to all challenges so that the website would be able to inspire, convert, and inform. The mixture of storytelling, UX enhancements, backend enhancements, and e-commerce was used to contribute to the mission of the foundation.
- Engaging Storytelling: We incorporated the use of immersive imagery, genuine testimonials, and multimedia to deliver the mission of the foundation. This attachment brought a strong attachment to the audience, raised enthusiasm to volunteer, and promoted the advocacy of mental health causes.
- Improved Donation Gateway: We utilized a secure and user-friendly contribution system that accepts credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers, making donations simple, fast, and accessible to individuals worldwide.
- Modern CMS: We implemented a convenient CMS that enables the use of drag-and-drop editors, multiple languages, and up-to-date mechanisms. This rendered the staff independentindependent, allowing them to manage the contents unassisted without delays and improve effective communications.
- Blog Integration: We have introduced a special blog submission page with workflows and SEO instructions, enabling admins and volunteers to share their content and attract more attention to the platform and its educational roles.
- Store Upgrade: We scaled product categories and added clearer pictures and descriptions to explain how each product aligns with our mission. This will enable customers to visualize the benefits of our programs, thereby increasing their trust in spending on them and our mental health funding.
