LRN Key is an innovative online classroom platform where neurodivergent students, such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and anxiety, get the chance to take interactive, one-on-one courses and acquire skills, develop self-confidence, and grow individually around the world.
They approached and worked with us to enhance the platform’s functionality, improve user interaction, offer extended flexible time, and deliver scalable and secure solutions without compromising the human experience of learning for all students.
Business Challenges
LRN Key was not common in providing personalized, secure, and engaging online education, and a solution was needed to meet the needs of neurodiverse learners around the world without sacrificing quality, trust, and student and family motivation.
- Personalized Learning Experience: ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or anxiety are only some of the unique needs of each learner. The platform had a serious challenge of scaling the individual one-on-one lessons and modifying the teaching techniques to the learning styles.
- Tutor Selection Transparency: Students were not able to find tutors who fit and met their requirements. The profiles were not specific enough regarding teaching style, experience, and personality, so it was hard to find trust and confidence before booking lessons.
- Global Availability & Scheduling: Lifestyles were hard to coordinate among students in various time zones. It was necessary to have flexible booking, schedules, and the ability to access session times so that learners across the world could be accommodated.
- Engagement & Motivation: Neurodiverse learners found it difficult to stay focused and motivated in online sessions. In the absence of interactive tools, progress tracking, and personalized support, the student may feel overwhelmed or out of touch with lessons.
- Trust & Safety: Environmental safety, as proven through the verified tutor sessions, safe video sessions, and reliable ratings, plays a key role in the creation of trust between parents and learners and the maintenance of personal and sensitive data.

We applied certain measures to create an inclusive, active, and non-threatening learning experience on the internet. There were specific solutions that were implemented as a consideration of the personalization, flexibility, transparency, and trust of all learners.

- Transparent Tutor Profiles: Verified tutor profiles, recordings of tutor lessons, online feedback, and detailed teaching experience assist students in selecting their tutors carefully and gaining confidence in them before lesson booking.
- Flexible Scheduling & Free Trials: The site allows the students to reserve lessons anywhere in the world. No credit card is needed during free trial sessions, which enable learners to check whether they are compatible with tutors before making any commitments.
- Engagement Tools & Support: The interactive video lessons, their tracking, and encouragement will keep the learners interested, as they will be able to overcome the difficulties and develop new skills smoothly and in their own time.
- Trust & Safety Measures: Valid tutor qualifications, secure and transparent videoconferencing sessions, and transparent ratings ensure the safety of students, fostering emotional and cultural ties that lead to a safe and supportive learning environment.
