GreenCork is a brand company based in the UK and focuses on ecological cork products. Their products revolve around the concept of durability, functionality, and environmental responsibility, which offer customers quality alternatives to conventional materials.
GreenCork collaborated with us to enhance their GoHighLevel environment, improve their lead management, and optimize their sales funnels. They were seeking a system that is structured and automated, one that would assist in growth, enhance conversions, and increase customer engagement.
Business Challenges
GreenCork experienced a number of problems within its GoHighLevel system that affected lead capture, funnel visibility, and customer engagement. Their processes were not well organized, and hence, it was hard to easily control the contacts, monitor performance, and create regular automated journeys.
- Disconnected Lead Capture: The lead capture points distributed throughout the landing pages and forms were not integrated in GoHighLevel correctly, and the entries were missed or delayed. This led to missing links in the database and decreased the efficiency of follow-up campaigns.

- Integrated Lead Capture System: We connected all lead capture points directly into GoHighLevel, ensuring real-time data entry and consistency. This removed lost leads, improved database accuracy, and increased follow-up efficiency by more than 20 percent.
- Advanced Funnel Tracking Setup: We have applied the detailed funnel tracking and reporting to GoHighLevel, which enables the team to track conversions, pinpoint drop-offs, and make evidence-based adjustments to the funnel performance and sales efficiency.
- Smart Segmentation Structure: A system of tagging and segmenting was introduced in which contacts would be classified according to behaviour and intent. This made it possible to do targeted campaigns, better personalization, and more engagement in every communication channel.
- Conversion-Focused Funnels: We redefined sales funnels in a more user-friendly path, better messages and better placement of call-to-action. These developments led users through the site more efficiently, which increased the interaction and better conversion rates.
