They approached us to make websites easier to use, enable online booking, and explain what they offer, turning more visitors into inquiries and showcasing their high-quality, luxurious travel experiences.

Business Challenges

Barge Lady Cruises needed technical itineraries, better inquiry conversions, and to simplify the management of content. Storytelling and mobile usability were also poor, which diminished the interaction and reduced the overall bookings online.

    • Complex Itineraries: Due to the heavy designs and text-based pages, visitors had difficulty understanding the cruise schedules and destinations of the multi-day event.     • Itinerary Clarity: Cruise itineraries have been reorganized into visual lines, summaries, and small blocks of content. Figma layouts created schedules that spanned multiple days to be easy to read, making them easier for visitors to comprehend and prompting them to ask questions.
    • Streamlined Booking: The booking process was made easy and user-friendly, providing step-by-step instructions, a distinct call to action, and embedded forms. Users would be able to make inquiries with less effort, thereby facilitating luxury cruise bookings.
    • Efficient Content Updates: We also introduced CMS templates and reusable content blocks, which enabled employees to edit schedules, pricing, and destinations more quickly. This minimized manual work, enhanced accuracy, and the timely publication of content.
    • Mobile Optimization: Responsive design, improved load speed, and user-friendly navigation were implemented. Mobile visitors would find it easy to read, browse, and submit requests, thereby enhancing mobile engagement and conversion rates.
    • Enhanced Visuals: Figma prototypes were strategic for placing high-resolution photography and immersive destination storytelling. This enhanced emotional bonding strengthened the luxury brand and persuaded users to explore and book cruises.
