Raise The Standards

Raise the Standards is a dog home organization in Sweden with a passionate team and a growing community of dog supporters. Their only mission is to get every dog a second chance in life with new owners or a home. They collaborate with dog adopters, volunteers, and donors to create a second world for dogs.

Raise the Standards Dog Shelter is on a mission to raise funds for dogs. Our client’s vision was to build an online donation and fundraising platform for every dog lover. Adopters, donors, volunteers, and sponsors can collaborate with the client’s team on this platform. They can help or join the team with an easy application.

Business Challenges

Raise The Standards is a community working towards the well-being of dogs in Sweden. They want to actively form an online community towards the betterment of the dogs in and around Stockholm. We must create a multi-purpose website to meet all their needs and expand the operations.

    • Basic Website: The primary website was not optimized properly, resulting in poor image and content performance. The brand theme didn’t reflect the shelter’s dedication to animal welfare, resulting in Visitors bouncing back. We came in to optimize the website with proper categories and design for everything the client wanted.
    • Campaign Tracking: At any point, they had multiple complex campaigns to manage and update on a regular basis. A single mistake made the data inaccurate and the campaign tracking ineffective. It became challenging to analyze donor behaviour.
    • Helping Channel: The previous website had unorganized content in context to the helping channel. Visitors were confused about the application and process of the help channel and often gave up trying to help the shelter for the same reason.
    • Donation Models: The old donation process was clunky and lacked flexibility in terms of amounts and donation models. The donation forms were long and did not have options for recurring donations for a variable amount option.
    • Fundraising Campaigns: Our client lacks a proper fundraising landing page for the shelter. The website lacked proper storytelling and appeal to highlight its main goals or progress to visitors.

Solutions

We built a Clean CMS and designed it for the client to experience a better website version. Our centralized website and layout were finalized with a change in our client's goals and mission.

    • Clean Design: We created a modern and minimal website design that reflected the heart of Raise the Standards. Our layout is clean, easy to navigate, and with clarity and accessibility of donation pages, fundraisers, and campaign pages. We made a responsive website for mobile optimization to build community trust.
    • Dog Profile System: We developed a custom dog listing system with quick add forms. We also categorized tags, age, breed, and health status filters for dogs. With a quick CTA, they can easily fill out the adoption form.
    • Volunteer Management: We introduced a dynamic volunteer management system with an easy signup form for everyone. A person gets all the knowledge for the shelter mission and is goal-oriented in management. With the option to select between full-time and part-time work and the availability of any volunteer, we created a flexible sign-up form. We have created a custom admin dashboard for easy onboarding and scheduling of the volunteers.
    • Campaigns Tracking: Our custom and integrated campaign tracking for Raise the Standards, with the flexible option for the shelter. Our CMS supports both short-term and long-term fundraising goals. The live website now tracks the real-time progress of an ongoing campaign and specific goals, allowing visitors to access the information. This shows the transparency of our fundraising campaigns, helping donors make quick decisions.
    • Mobile Integrated Donation Experience: We streamlined the donation process with PayPal, Google Pay, iDeal, and credit or debit cards. We also integrated a donation option with Single payment, recurring donation, Gift certificate, Legacy support, or membership option with minimal input fields.
